We are welcoming Moulton Lawn House Bed and Breakfast to our recommended accommodation list.
At the start of the year, the team were invited to visit our areas newest bed and breakfast, and what a lovely surprise it was.
The Moulton Lawn House launched at the end of 2022. It is fresh and spacious and has lots of personal touches. Our team were blown away by the amount of thought and detail gone into every part of this B&B; from their jacuzzi baths to the social breakfast room. They really have thought of everything which will certainly make your stay one to remember.
Moulton Lawn House is situated in the heart of the village of Moulton, Suffolk, sitting behind the hub of the village – the village store. Situated less than 5 miles to the local town of Newmarket it really is located in a great spot.
Moulton Lawn House Story:
Lawn House was the original name of the house which has made up the rest of the building behind Moulton Village Stores for years. The shop, which is adjoined to Lawn House, has a huge reputation and people travel for miles to lunch with them. Buzzing with life throughout the day the store serves fresh bread, coffees, rolls and much more with a constant flow of happy customers. It is the meeting place for many and creates a centre point within a strong community.
When the new owners bought the whole building back in April 2020, their vision was to transform what was a family home into a fabulous bed and breakfast. In October 2022 they had achieved their goal and have welcomed many happy guests already.
The B&B is made up of four beautifully furnished rooms on the first floor with an incredible view over the village countryside. and all including a private bathroom. The interior features stunning woodwork throughout giving it a luxury and homely vibe.
The B&B has a great social breakfast space for all guests to enjoy inside and out. Pre-ordered cooked breakfasts are available in addition to a full continental breakfast option.
Our team could not talk highly enough of the personal service the team at Moulton Lawn House offer. The Manager Kate has a real passion for the B&B and in her own words described the place to us as ‘her baby’. Kate and her team will look after you from the first enquiry right through to your finial goodbyes.

We truly believe Moulton Lawn House is going to be a popular B&B and will host lots of the guests who attend our events. With it only being a short drive to our venue (10 minutes) it’s a great location, and with Kate & her team’s flexible approach we know our guests will love staying there.
This place really is a gem in a beautiful village, its clear 2023 is going to be a incredible year for them and we wish them all the best.
