They usually step in about 4-6 weeks before the wedding and serve as the main point of contact on the day itself. Our Wedding & Event Managers create a detailed day-of timeline, ensuring that all invoices and guest counts are accurate. Their role involves overseeing everything on the day, from supplier drop-offs to pickups, ensuring everything runs according to the Wedding Event Order. They’ll ensure all supplier arrangements and schedules are in place and spot any missing details, allowing you to relax and enjoy your wedding day stress-free.
What does a Wedding & Event Manager do?
Meets with you four to six weeks before your wedding to understand what you have planned
Checks in with your booked suppliers to confirm logistics
